Welcome to Care2Clean. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

Care2Clean offers residential and commercial cleaning services in select states across the United States. Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.



2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings require a valid form of payment except cash. Charges will be processed after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to modify rates and availability without prior notice.


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee $75.


4. Liability

Care2Clean is not liable for pre-existing damages or fragile items not disclosed prior to the service. Clients are encouraged to store valuables safely during cleanings.



5. Privacy

We value your privacy. Information collected is used only for providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.


6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Service Scope:

Services will be performed based on the checklist provided at the time of booking. Any additional tasks must be requested and approved in advance and may incur extra fees. Wall art and delicate décor will not be included in the cleaning to avoid potential damage.

8. Utilities:

Electricity and water must be fully operational during the cleaning service. If either is unavailable, Care2Clean reserves the right to reschedule the service, and a fee may apply.


9. Damage or Breakage:

We take the utmost care during our services. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will assess and address the issue within reason. However, Care2Clean is not liable for pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or items excluded from service (such as wall art).


10. Heavy Items

For the safety of our cleaners and to avoid damage, we do not move or lift heavy items during cleaning. Clients are responsible for moving any heavy objects prior to our arrival.


11. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for removing valuable or fragile items from service areas. Care2Clean is not responsible for damage to these items if left in the cleaning area.


12. Pets

We request that pets be secured during the service to avoid accidents or delays. Care2Clean is not liable for any issues related to unsecured pets.


13. Reclean Policy

All concerns must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of service completion. A final walkthrough will be conducted with the client to verify that all work meets expectations. A checklist will be provided for review. Once the client approves the walkthrough and checklist, the service will be considered complete and final — no further reclean requests will be accepted after approval.


14. Health and Safety

Care2Clean reserves the right to refuse service in environments deemed unsafe or hazardous to our team.

While we strive to meet client expectations, satisfaction can vary.



16. Terms of Service of Care2Clean Services

Program Description

Upon opting in, users can expect to receive text messages from Care2Clean that include appointment confirmations, cleaning technician updates, service reminders, digital receipts, customer support updates, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies based on service activity and user engagement.

Program Description: By subscribing to Care2Clean's SMS program, you agree to receive recurring texts related to your cleaning services such as scheduling notifications, technician ETAs, billing summaries, support alerts, and exclusive offers. You can expect messages periodically based on your engagement. Message and data rates may apply.

Also;

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Opt-in Message

It should not exceed 160 characters and must have the following:

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with the word

"STOP"

to the number from which you received the message. Once we receive your "STOP" request, we will send a final confirmation message to acknowledge your unsubscribe status. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from Care2Clean unless you re-enroll. To rejoin our SMS program, text

"START"

to the same number or follow the same opt-in process you used originally.



17. Help and Support

"HELP" to any message. You may also contact us directly at [email protected] for further assistance.


18. Fees and Charges

Care2Clean does not charge you for receiving SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Please consult your mobile provider for details about your messaging plan.



19. Message Frequency Disclosure

By opting in, you consent to receiving

recurring text messages

. These may include appointment updates, service notifications, and limited-time promotional offers. You are

not required

to opt into recurring messages as a condition of purchasing any services from Care2Clean.


20. Prohibited SMS Content

We adhere to all applicable laws and industry standards for SMS communication. Care2Clean will never send SMS messages containing phishing, “smishing,” or other tactics used to deceive or collect private data; content that is illegal under federal, state, or local law; or SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, and tobacco), unless legally permitted and explicitly disclosed. We prioritize your safety and trust in every message we send.



21. SMS Opt-In Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We will

not sell, rent, or share

your mobile phone number or opt-in information to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent information are only shared with aggregators and technology providers necessary to deliver the SMS service. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and best practices.

23. Wall Art and Delicate Décor: These items will not be included in the cleaning to avoid potential damage.

26. Damage Policy

If a customer claims that something was damaged during the cleaning, our policy is that the homeowner must first file a claim with their homeowner’s insurance, which will conduct an investigation. If, after the investigation, the insurance company needs to speak with ours, we will facilitate direct contact between them.

27. Moving Clean Services

For moving clean services, the property must be completely empty prior to the cleaning team’s arrival. This ensures efficient and thorough service.


28. Flat Rate Services

For flat-rate services, we will provide an estimated time frame for completion based on the details provided at booking. However, the actual time required may vary depending on the property's condition and size—it could take more or less time. Exact completion times can only be confirmed once the cleaners assess the property onsite. For heavy-duty cleanings or precise time tracking, we recommend setting up the service by hourly rate.

29. Hourly Rate

For hourly rate services, you are billed based on the actual time spent cleaning. There is a minimum booking requirement, and any additional time needed will be billed in increments. The cleaners will focus on the priorities you set within the booked time. If additional tasks or extended cleaning are required, time extensions can be arranged upon your approval and will be charged accordingly.

30. Heavy Items

For the safety of our cleaners and to avoid damage, we do not move or lift heavy items during cleaning. Clients are responsible for moving any heavy objects prior to our arrival.
